Krill oil is made from small, shrimp-like sea creatures that inhabit the depths of the Antarctic Ocean. In recent years, krill oil has become more and more popular as it has a unique molecular structure : Omega-3 fatty acids are bound to phospholipids.
This important difference greatly affects absorption, function and effect of Omega-3 that you take. Phospholipids help Omega-3 acids better integrate into the cellular membranes. Considering that our cells are made of this kind of lipids, Omega-3 from krill oil in this form can be more easily, faster and better used by every cell in our body.
Directions for use: Adults and children over 11 years old: 2 capsules a day with plenty of water.
